Job Summary
Welcome retail customers, weigh and grade incoming materials, and generate accurate tickets for payment while guiding clients on accepted items and pricing in both English and Spanish. Enforce state recycling laws and company policies, maintain customer records in internal software, and create receiving tickets with appropriate commodity codes. Direct customers to unloading areas, handle cash transaction card applications, and communicate guest needs to management. Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe, and attend required safety meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
