Provide extraordinary customer service and build value by tailoring solutions to fit individuals, families, or businesses. Represent AT&T/Mobily with professionalism, assist leaders with store operations, and drive sales goals and KPIs. May participate in outside events and promotional activities to support customer acquisition and brand awareness. Exemplary communication, honesty, integrity, and a customer-first approach are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Must have reliable transportation
- Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required
