Job Summary
Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant at Mobily (an AT&T national retailer) responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions to individuals, families, or small businesses. Role includes representing the AT&T brand, assisting with store operations, achieving sales goals and KPIs, and participating in occasional outside sales events or promotional activities. Requires strong communication, honesty, integrity, and a professional appearance; prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required. Training and career growth opportunities are provided, along with a $500 new hire bonus, PTO after 90 days, and benefits such as dental, health, vision, and life insurance. Work schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; drivers must live within a 30-minute radius of the home store and be able to work across multiple locations within a district.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions
- Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to operate a personal computer
