Job Summary
Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant provides exceptional customer service, represents the AT&T/Mobily brand, and helps customers with tailored solutions to meet needs. Responsible for achieving sales goals and KPIs, potentially participating in outside events for customer acquisition, supporting store operations, and maintaining a professional appearance. Requires strong communication in two languages, reliable transportation, 18+ eligibility to work in the U.S., and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; must live within 30 minutes of the store and be able to work at multiple locations within a district. Training is provided and a new-hire bonus may apply.
