Job Summary
Bilingual Retail Sales Associate at Pull-A-Part will be the first and last point of contact for customers, guiding them through the parts yard, assisting with questions, processing cash/card transactions, and handling car titles and paperwork. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, helping them identify needs, locating parts with digital tools, sharing promotions and events, maintaining store/yard cleanliness, providing friendly service, supporting teammates, and upholding core values. Requires 1+ year in a customer-facing role, proficiency with computers/kiosks, strong communication, ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and weekend/holiday/overtime availability. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Bonus skills include automotive parts or repair knowledge and prior automotive sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required!
- Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
