Job Summary
Bilingual Retail Sales Associate responsible for selling NECOA water purification products in a Houston retail store, demonstrating products to customers, building rapport with shoppers, and meeting monthly sales goals. Role requires engaging customers in English and Spanish, maintaining store displays, reporting activity, and collaborating with store management. Must have a HS diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of sales/retail experience, with strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Training provided; benefits include health, PTO, and 401k with company match.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Preferred fluency in both English and Spanish (able to read, write, and speak Spanish)
- Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
- Retail experience or customer service experience a plus
- Training or product demonstration experience a plus
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
