Job Summary
Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers in retail stores, kiosks, and event environments while helping customers lower energy costs and identify their specific needs. Direct customers to displays, assess requirements, and suggest appropriate products to build confidence and drive new enrollments. Accurately document and report all sales activity, maintain a clean and functional workstation, and contribute to team efforts to meet monthly sales quotas. Fluent in both English and Spanish, you must work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support Reliant's market expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (able to read, write, and speak Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
