Job Summary
Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers in retail, kiosk, and event environments while helping customers lower energy costs. Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products that fit their requirements. Maintain professional interactions with customers and teammates, accurately document sales, and report activity to Retail Operations. Ensure workstations remain clean, organized, and presentable. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet monthly sales quotas. Fluent in both English and Spanish required.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (able to read, write, and speak Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (must be able to read, write & speak Spanish)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for evening shifts
- Must be available for holiday shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to event locations
