Bilingual Retail Account Executive

Job Summary
Manage customer inquiries and order issues while ensuring MDA compliance and satisfaction. Build relationships with new and existing accounts to promote FreshPoint products and services. Increase share of wallet by identifying customer goals, evaluating market trends, and recommending products. Utilize the Sysco 360 CRM tool for opportunity tracking, task management, and maintaining key customer data. Execute activities initiated by the FreshPoint CMU HOME team including maintaining order guides and Red Alerts. Complete ongoing training in Sysco 360, Tableau Reporting, and Penetration Tools. Fluency in Spanish is required. Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or Marketing preferred with 3+ years in retail sales or merchandising.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Spanish written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurability standards

- Bachelor's degree in business, or Sales, and Marketing preferred
- Preferred 3+ years prior retail sales, merchandising or management
- Preferred: Demonstrated experience with and working knowledge of FreshPoint customers and sales support best practices
