Bilingual Relationship Representative

Assist members and potential members with Credit Union needs by processing financial transactions, handling cash and negotiable instruments, and setting up new accounts. Respond to member problems, explain services, and direct individuals to appropriate resources while demonstrating independent problem-solving skills. Work Monday through Friday from 8:45am to 6:15pm with rotating Saturdays from 9:45am to 2:15pm, including a half day off weekly. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
