Job Summary
Build relationships with customers via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel on deposit and loan products. Assess and attend to banking needs, obtain and process account information, and educate clients on available services while recommending solutions based on unique goals. Perform these duties in languages deemed essential within the branch community, adapting a digital-first mindset to teach customers how to use technology. Maintain NMLS registration and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including, but not limited to maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than four years job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- Bilingual
