Job Summary
Manage student records by resolving all errors prior to PEIMS submission, maintaining accurate files, and ensuring 100% transcript accuracy. Oversee data entry in the student information system, compile complex reports, and coordinate verification reports to stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between campus personnel and Home Office regarding student information while ensuring compliance with state and federal policies. Lead enrollment and registration processes, including approving new student data in Skyward and processing withdrawals. Conduct student record requests for families and external parties, assist with front desk coverage, and complete any additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of business, operational, or data experience
- Ability to analyze, develop, establish, and maintain efficient office workflow and administrative processes
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and initiatives at once
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to exercise excellent judgment in decision-making
