Job Summary
Conduct independent nurse visits including wound care, medication administration, and patient education while managing INRs, hypertension, and UTIs. Triage walk-in patients and collaborate with providers on co-visits to address acute needs. Follow up on abnormal lab results per protocol and lead shift huddles to review anticipated nurse requirements. Build teamwork by assisting with injections and maintaining open communication with leadership.
