Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans while recording session data accurately on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for children with autism and maintain open communication with families. Deliver these services in clients' homes or community-based locations as part of a part-time role requiring a six-month commitment. RBT certification is required before working, with paid training provided for candidates without prior experience.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
