Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly implementing skill-building care plans and recording session data accurately on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment while connecting with families, with services delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions begin part-time with a required six-month commitment, and RBT certification is mandatory before starting work. Paid training is provided for candidates without prior experience, and the role offers flexibility to choose cases without minimum case requirements.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
