Job Summary
Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism. Collect and record data on individual progress and behaviors while collaborating with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans. Assist in training parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies, maintain a safe environment, coordinate care with client team members, and ensure optimal client progress. Work Monday through Friday, with after-school, evening, and weekend availability as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism
- Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Assist in the training of parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy
- Coordinate of care with client's team members
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and other team members
- Ensure optimal client progress and outcomes
- Available for After school
- Available for Evenings as needed
- Available Monday to Friday
- Available for Weekends as needed
