Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism under BCBA supervision; implement ABA treatment plans; collect and record data on client progress and behaviors; collaborate with BCBA and team to develop and implement behavior intervention plans; assist in training parents and caregivers on ABA techniques; maintain a safe, supportive environment and coordinate care with the client’s team; maintain positive relationships with the client’s family; schedule includes after school, evenings, Monday–Friday, and weekends.
