Job Summary
Provide ABA-based intervention as a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism up to age seven in home and community settings. Deliver play-based natural-environment ABA, implement individualized programs, collect and track data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team. Must be bilingual (Spanish preferred) and capable of engaging young clients with high energy in order to promote communication and behavioral goals. Requires travel to clients’ homes within approximately 40 miles, CPR certification, and compliance with vaccination/testing requirements as applicable. Opportunities for growth toward Lead RBT or BCBA roles are noted, with competitive starting pay ranging from $21-$27/hour depending on experience, plus potential raises through performance and development opportunities. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active (or VOLUNTARY INACTIVE) RBT credential number on the BACB website
- Experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician in ABA terminology and practice
- Experience with children in a professional setting supporting communication and behavioral needs
- Ability to travel to various clients’ homes up to 40 miles from home location
- CPR certification (reimbursement provided if not yet obtained)
- Fluent in verbal and written Spanish (English a plus)
- Able to pass background check, reference check and work in the US
- Meet physical requirements (lifting up to 50 pounds, movement activities)
- Vaccination requirements or willingness to undergo weekly testing where laws require
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with availability for FT/PT schedules (locations vary)
