Job Summary

Bilingual Recruitment & HR Coordinator (Temporary 12-month term) supports the full-cycle recruiting process using Workday, including posting positions, resume screening, short-listing candidates, telephone pre-screen interviews, coordinating testing/assessments, reference checks, and security clearance documents. The role maintains candidate communication and status updates via the ATS, coordinates career fairs and recruitment events onsite and virtually in your province, assists with new hire onboarding and documentation, and provides technical assistance to candidates applying online. Requires 1+ year of office experience, French/English bilingualism, strong verbal and written communication, MS Office proficiency, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experiences with onboarding, reporting, and stakeholder relationship-building are valued.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in an office environment providing quality administrative and customer support to internal and/or external customers
  • Post secondary in business, human resources or administration
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is an asset
