Job Summary
Bilingual Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Intern who will support screening, scheduling, and candidate data management, market available talent to school districts and clients, and assist with onboarding and HR projects. Responsibilities include conducting phone screens with candidates (with backgrounds in education), coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM, outreach via phone/email/text to passive candidates, and ensuring data accuracy across databases. Requires English/Spanish bilingualism, strong communication, data-focused mindset, and the ability to balance people-facing work with backend tasks. Opportunity to gain hands-on recruiting experience in the education/special education space and potential for future full-time opportunities based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication skills (phone and email/text)
- Outgoing, sales-type personality
