Bilingual Recruiter & Trainer

Recruiter and Trainer to oversee all stages of the hiring process for a janitorial company, create and update job descriptions, research potential hires online and in-person, reach out to candidates via phone/email/face-to-face, conduct in-person/video/phone interviews, travel to recruitment areas to canvas communities, and train new recruits. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish with strong negotiation and communication skills, and have experience in sourcing tools, candidate outreach, and background checks. Responsibilities include planning recruiting strategy, advertising open positions, and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
