Job Summary
Temporary Bilingual Recruiter responsible for end-to-end hiring: build quarterly and annual hiring plans, publish job ads across portals, network with potential hires, collaborate with hiring managers to define criteria, screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews for junior to executive roles, track time-to-hire/time-to-fill and source-hire metrics, design and measure candidate-experience surveys, train managers on interviewing techniques, host job fairs, follow up with candidates, and maintain a candidate database. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience; bilingual Spanish/English; hands-on experience with large job sites (e.g., LinkedIn) and ATS; strong interpersonal and communications skills; collaborative team orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, marketing, or public relations and two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with large job sites, such as LinkedIn and other aggregators
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn and Facebook
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Proven success working in a collaborative, supportive team environment
