Job Summary
Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist for Mangone Law Firm, LLC. Responsible for executing end-to-end recruiting for remote and U.S.-based on-site roles, including candidate avatars, crafting engaging job posts, publishing vacancies across job boards and networks, proactive sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, coordinating multi-stage calendars across U.S. time zones, administering psychometric and technical assessments, maintaining ATS pipelines, and supporting administrative HR tasks to uphold the firm’s quality standards and culture. Emphasis on precision, responsiveness, and ownership of the recruitment pipeline; operates with an Above the Line mindset to deliver qualified candidates who align with firm values.
Required Qualifications
