Bilingual Recruiter

Environment Control is seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual Recruiter to attract, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates for commercial cleaning positions across multiple locations. Responsibilities include posting and managing job ads, reviewing applications, conducting phone and in-person interviews, explaining job duties, schedules, pay rates, and policies to candidates, coordinating onboarding (including I-9), maintaining candidate/hiring records, following up with new hires, collaborating with managers to fill open positions promptly, attending job fairs/recruiting events, and building relationships with community organizations and referral sources to attract candidates. Qualifications emphasize recruiting experience and customer service; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Schedule is full-time, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with a 30min lunch; salary $21/hour with weekly pay.
