Bilingual Quality Assurance Lead (100% remote)

Job Summary
Bilingual Quality Assurance Lead responsible for defining and executing comprehensive testing strategies across enterprise software implementations, leading QA initiatives, coordinating with client teams, and guiding both manual and automated testing to ensure system integrity and high-quality delivery. You will define test plans, oversee end-to-end validation, drive QA practices across projects, lead client meetings to review strategy and coverage, manage QA metrics, and contribute to evolving automation and performance testing efforts in collaboration with offshore and onshore teams. Fluent in French and English with 8–12 years in QA and at least 3 years in a leadership role; university degree in a related field is required.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience in quality assurance
- minimum of 3 years in a QA leadership role
- university degree in actuarial science, computer science, engineering, or related field
- strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- experience developing testing strategies and plans for large-scale projects
- experience with Agile methodologies (asset)
- experience with offshore teams (asset)
- QA certification (asset)
- ability to travel within Canada and the United States (travel expected)
