Job Summary
QA Analyst will analyze requirements, design and execute test plans, identify defects, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring contact-center performance, preparing quality reports, maintaining QA records, and collaborating with Training and Compliance to resolve QA issues. Stay updated on QA best practices and technologies relevant to quality assurance in a contact-center outsourcing environment. Requires familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, processes, and strong Excel proficiency; bilingual capability supports quality assurance across Spanish/English channels.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in a QA Analyst role or similar position with a proven experience in implementing process/quality improvement tools and techniques
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
