Job Summary
As a Property Manager, you’ll own the property’s financial performance (occupancy, NOI), provide timely reporting to regional leadership, and implement pricing/marketing strategies to sustain high occupancy. You will oversee inspections, coordinate with maintenance and vendors, and lead an on-site team to deliver a high-quality living experience focused on renewals and resident satisfaction. The role emphasizes operations, regulatory compliance, and team development, with a strong emphasis on budgeting, financial analysis, and a data-driven mindset. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required, and 1-3 years of multifamilyProperty Manager experience is needed; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred with CPM/CAM/RMP designations viewed positively. Proficiency in MS Office, Yardi, Entrata, Asana, EliseAI, and related tools is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry designations certifications (CPM, CAM, RMP) are a plus
