Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of an apartment community in North Richland Hills area with a focus on tenant satisfaction, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with tenants and vendors; conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance; manage leases, renewals, and inquiries; implement marketing to attract new tenants; ensure adherence to local property laws; build positive relationships within the tenant community. Requires proven property management experience and bilingual proficiency; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and with a team; valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
