Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of property management experience (multifamily required)
- Experience managing B & C class properties (1960s–1980s construction)
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control expenses, and drive results
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing and Texas property laws
- Reliable transportation and ability to work some weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Proficiency in ResMan, Yardi, or similar software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
