Job Summary
Own market success by ensuring all units meet move-in standards before a member's arrival and lead the resolution of customer escalations with professionalism. Maintain key relationships with property partners, hosts, and back-ops teams to ensure seamless operations while managing and resolving support tickets and maintenance requests in a timely manner. Monitor and improve key performance metrics including NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and check-in scores. Work from the Polanco office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. This individual contributor role supports Landing's flexible living model by delivering seamless operations and unmatched satisfaction for members and guests across 60+ markets.
Required Qualifications
- English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
- Ability to work from our Polanco office
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for creating exceptional experiences at every touchpoint
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to own relationships and resolve issues proactively
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
