Job Summary

Bilingual Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects, defining scope, developing plans, managing budgets and resources, mitigating risks, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining client relationships. Requires college degree and 3-5 years of PM experience; strong communication; proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; bilingual in French an asset; PMI LEED assets.

Required Qualifications

  • College or University degree preferably in architectural technology, construction technology, engineering technology or equivalent work experience
  • 3 to 5 years of project management work experience
  • Solid ability to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, within specifications, and in-compliant with all requirements including but not limited to regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements
  • Solid ability to develop and manage project budget
  • Solid ability to mitigate and manage project risks
  • A high degree of client service orientation
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and performance
  • Bilingual in French is an asset
  • Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation: PMI Accreditation or in progress or LEED certification or in progress (asset)
