Job Summary
Supervise and lead production employees on the 2nd shift while ensuring daily production goals and schedules are met. Promote a safe work environment, monitor product quality, and train staff to maintain company standards. Track daily attendance and headcount for multiple staffing agencies, coordinate staffing levels with leadership, and partner with Maintenance and Quality to minimize downtime. Identify efficiency improvements, complete production reports, and communicate shift updates to management. This role requires previous supervisory experience in manufacturing and strong organizational skills. Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
