Job Summary
Lead a bacon-slicing operation on 2nd shift in Tyrone, PA as a Production Supervisor. Build and coach a cross-trained production team, oversee daily operations including checklists, audits, and KPIs, and ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and safety programs. Train team members on SOPs, drive continuous improvement, champion recognition and cross-training, and communicate effectively (Spanish a plus).
