Job Summary
Seeking a Bilingual Production Lead responsible for employee safety, production goals, and process improvements in a high-volume manufacturing facility. Must have a high school diploma and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office. 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Intermediate experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrated strong personal, interpersonal, motivational, intellectual, and leadership competencies
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution, and performance feedback skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive responsibility in support of manufacturing operations
- Experience working in a medium-to-large cabinet manufacturing setting
- Experience in the kitchen or office furniture industry is a plus
- Experience in other various technical or highly process-related manufacturers
