Job Summary
Product Engineer role to deploy AI-powered solutions for specialty chemical manufacturing customers in real lab-scale and manufacturing environments. You’ll lead onboarding and implementation of digital twin projects, develop simulations and analytical workflows using Python, and translate technical insights into customer value. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to identify new product use cases and shape platform direction. You’ll engage with process engineers, plant leadership, and other stakeholders to drive operational improvements, tech transfer opportunities, and AI-driven insights across pilot, lab, and commercial manufacturing environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of engineering experience in chemical manufacturing
- Strong understanding of plant, pilot, and lab-scale chemical manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Python for simulation, modeling, and process analysis
- Experience analyzing process and lab/DoE data
- Strong communication skills for direct work with customer stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solver with track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience working in cross-functional technical environments
- Knowledge of enterprise historians such as OSIsoft PI, DeltaV, Wonderware, GE Proficy, or similar industrial systems is valuable
- Fluency in English and French (Bilingual)
