Bilingual Pre K Lead Teacher

Plan and carry out bilingual, play-based learning experiences across developmental areas using the Creative Curriculum and Reggio Emilia principles. Create and maintain an organized, safe indoor and outdoor environment that supports multi-sensory learning and responsive instruction. Develop reflective weekly plans, conduct ongoing assessments via Teaching Strategies GOLD, and use data to guide curriculum modifications and progress checkpoints. Guide language and literacy development for emergent multilingual children while establishing caring connections and supporting social-emotional regulation. Collaborate with co-teachers, therapists, and the MTSS team to adjust learning environments for students with special needs and ensure excellent attendance and retention. Engage families as partners through home visits, Family Time events, newsletters, and three annual conferences to honor their funds of knowledge. Contribute to a culture of reflection by participating in professional learning communities, providing constructive feedback, and assisting with student recruitment and recognition ceremonies.
