Bilingual Phlebotomist

Job Summary
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups; collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests; data entry of patient information; process billing information and collect payments when required; prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis; maintain patient and specimen information logs; provide superior customer service in a patient service center setting; may travel to additional sites as needed; bilingual English/Spanish; flexible to work overtime; able to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role offers quarterly incentive bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
- Bilingual skills (English / Spanish)
- Experience in clinical or hospital environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Ability to travel to additional sites as needed
- Flexible to work overtime
- Data entry and administrative/clerical capabilities
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
