Bilingual Personal Banker selected for a 9-week Banking Navigator training program, delivering exceptional client experience and guiding clients through account activity, teller transactions, and digital banking products. Responsibilities include assessing financial needs, offering bank products and services to achieve clients’ financial goals, educating clients on online banking and mobile/ATM capabilities, resolving routine-to-moderate client issues, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. Training occurs over nine weeks, with potential relocation to a different training location before permanent branch assignment; role involves in-person interactions across multiple channels (in person, phone, chat, email).
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience; college degree is a plus
