Job Summary
Payroll Implementation Specialist responsible for collecting and reviewing client paperwork, guiding implementation timelines, loading Year-To-Date payroll data, verifying Tax ID numbers and withholdings, assisting clients with new tax registrations and web training on payroll processing, ensuring accurate payroll and audits, and providing a smooth transition with high-level customer service. Requires bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, strong payroll skills (including processing payroll, payroll tax, garnishments, 401(k), benefit setup, general ledger, client accounting and timekeeping systems), plus proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat). Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in payroll servicing industry.
- Bilingual in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat.
