Job Summary
Bilingual Patient Service Representative (PSR) responsible for check-in/out, data entry, billing/collecting co-pays, and scheduling across multiple locations in North Carolina. Acts as patient and provider advocate, answers questions, and educates patients to navigate the healthcare process. Handles demographic, insurance, and financial information, ensures accuracy in the practice management system, and maintains professional, courteous interactions with patients by phone and in person. Requires Spanish proficiency and strong organizational skills, with experience using MS Word/Excel and computerized billing systems. Daily duties include processing forms, balance of end-of-day reports, assisting with denials research, and providing back-up for call center and front desk operations in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate with two years of Medical or Dental clinic front desk operations experience
- Must speak Spanish
