Bilingual Patient Service Representative (Orland Park)

Answer all phone calls, listen and return voicemails, and check in new and existing patients while collecting registration forms and medical history. Manage front desk operations by checking out patients, handling payments, and addressing walk-in inquiries. Maintain the comm-log, review daily clinic schedules for changes, and fill open spots with appointments at least two days prior. Print end-of-day reports, check collected payments against transactions, and call patients with outstanding balances. Participate in marketing events and ensure the reception area remains clean. This role requires bilingual Spanish skills and three years of customer service experience, with a schedule including Monday through Wednesday, two Saturdays, and occasional travel to sister clinics.
