Bilingual Patient Service Representative Clinic

Welcome every visitor to the Holy Family Health Center, guiding them through check-in/out and ensuring records are accurate. Proactively manage schedules, confirm appointments, and handle medical record requests to keep the clinical team and patients in sync. Assist patients by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications, then help them navigate co-payments and billing questions with transparency. Maintain office flow by submitting daily service charges, reconciling deposits, and providing essential clerical support. This role requires Spanish/English bilingualism and a high school diploma or one year of experience.
