Job Summary
Initiate contact with patients via the Scheduler Grid to pre-register and schedule appointments while processing all scheduling assignments efficiently. Conduct minimum required pre-registration and clinical screening, then communicate insurance benefit status, estimated costs, preauthorization needs, and payment options. Triage and transfer calls as needed, ensuring all interactions adhere to process and compliance requirements. Maintain a collaborative, friendly, and empathetic demeanor when handling patients, physicians, and co-workers in a high-volume contact center environment. Complete mandatory in-person training at the North Arlington location before beginning permanent remote duties.
Required Qualifications
- Three plus years' experience in customer service
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
- Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated

- Team player
- Must be able to attend in-person training at our center in North Arlington
- Must be able to attend mandatory training at our North Arlington training location
- Must be available for initial training Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM CST
- Must be available for permanent schedule between operating hours of 7:00AM-7:30PM CST
- Must be bilingual
