Bilingual Patient Coordinator (English / Spanish) - Full Time

Bilingual Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients, coordinating reception, scheduling imaging diagnostics, and ensuring a smooth administrative workflow. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing scheduling and imaging access, delivering strong customer service, handling data entry and reporting, coordinating with technologists and medical staff, and upholding patient privacy. Requires at least one year of healthcare administration or related experience, proficiency with MS Office and 40 WPM data entry, knowledge of medical terminology with imaging processes preferred, HIPAA compliance, bilingual English/Spanish, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel to different imaging locations. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm with travel to Costa Mesa as needed; compensation is $21.00 per hour plus typical benefits.
