Bilingual Patient Coordinator - English/Spanish

Provide exceptional customer service during all patient visits and ensure accurate entry of information into the electronic medical record. Collect patient payments, post them correctly, and balance collections daily while coordinating with Patient Financial Services on insurance inquiries. Schedule appointments based on patient needs and provider requests, maintain a clean clinic environment, and keep management informed of all activities. Adhere to regulatory guidelines including HIPAA, HITECH, and OSHA. Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong computer skills required. Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM, with occasional evening and Saturday hours.
