Job Summary
Deliver helpful service to customers by identifying and selling appropriate auto parts while managing transactions for cash, credit cards, and title processing. Operate digital tools to search inventory, maintain clean workspaces, and ensure accurate data entry while following theft prevention procedures and safety protocols. Multitask in a fast-paced environment, support team efforts, and perform assigned retail tasks. This bilingual role requires English and Spanish proficiency and is available for retail hours, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience
- Strong automotive parts knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting
- Proficiency with mobile devices and data entry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors
- Availability to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
