Job Summary
Manage your territory as a business representative for insulation and building products distribution, aggressively growing sales and promoting the brand. Independently manage existing customers and conduct prospecting activity while building strong relationships. Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements using proficient computer skills. Travel up to 75% of the time covering a 250-mile radius with overnight requirements, performing duties that involve prolonged standing, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Earn uncapped compensation through a base plus commission package.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- 3- 5 years of successful outside sales experience
- Flexibility to cover a territory with a 250-mile radius and overnight requirements
- Up to 75% travel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- General Contractor and Building industry knowledge
- Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science
- Comprehension of construction drawings
