Job Summary
Plan, implement, and monitor psychotherapy and related services for children and families, including individual, family, and group therapy. Perform intake interviews, obtain consents, and document progress for third-party billing while maintaining clinical records. Carry a differentiated caseload involving routine, urgent, and emergent cases requiring intensive clinical services. Provide in-office and telehealth services during clinic hours, including evening hours at least one day per week. Participate in staff consultations, weekly meetings, and trainings on evidence-based practices. Collaborate with psychiatric, medical, and legal professionals, including DCF, and adhere to professional ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- LMSW, LMFTA, or LPCA required
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening hours
- Must be able to work a hybrid remote schedule
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years supervised experience in an outpatient treatment setting preferred
