Job Summary
Bilingual Outpatient Mental Health Therapist providing culturally affirming and trauma-informed care in a Denver-area clinic. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering outpatient psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Maintain a minimum full-time caseload of 25 client sessions per week, complete timely clinical documentation and treatment plans, and collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community partners. Role emphasizes Spanish-language services and culturally responsive practices; EMDR and Valant EHR experience are a plus. Primarily in-person at the Broomfield, CO clinic with telehealth options when clinically appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health field
- Active Colorado license or currently pursuing licensure (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, SWC, LMFT, MFTC, etc.)
- Experience with treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ethical practice standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain healthy therapeutic boundaries
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care
- Trauma-informed experience preferred
- EMDR training or specialized certifications are a plus
- Experience with Valant EHR or electronic health record systems preferred
- Insurance credentialing and bilingual abilities highly valued
