Bilingual Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - Full-Time
$57,500–$75,500 year

Job Summary
Provide outpatient psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families at Ellie Mental Health’s Broomfield clinic. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans; maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week for full-time status; collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community partners; utilize creative, evidence-based, and culturally responsive interventions; contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture. Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists are strongly encouraged to apply, with in-person services primarily and telehealth when clinically appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health field
- Active Colorado license or currently pursuing licensure (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, SWC, LMFT, MFTC, etc.)
- Experience with treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ethical practice standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain healthy therapeutic boundaries
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care
- Trauma-informed experience preferred
- EMDR training or specialized certifications are a plus
- Experience with Valant EHR or electronic health record systems preferred
- Insurance credentialing and bilingual abilities highly valued
